Journaling is never the same for everyone and we know that right from the get go. For me, I usually don't take time to write out whole detailed paragraphs but I do small illustrations and lines with deeper meaning depicting different emotions and situations throughout the whole day. I've seen how others think that a specific person's style of expressing their emotions and feelings along with writing a normal journal is "weird" because it's really unique and maybe it's a hidden gem not really explored by much?? who knows..
Jesse's story shows we sometimes strive for perfection, for consistancy even when we are almost definitely going to fail, and when we do, we simply stop, we quit. Insteed of forcing ourselves into this near imposible routine, we should strive to create a rhythm for ourselves, one handcrafted for our comfort.
It’s wild how Jess’s journey mirrors something I’ve felt for years that quiet tug between trying to "do things the right way" and just letting yourself be. I’ve lost count of how many journals I started with good intentions and abandoned halfway because it felt forced.
Jess is an extra ordinary character. In f act I donot recomment children to watch so many movies. She is not merely watching the movie, but living .It does good to her, but not to all.
Like ELF said ,Jess’s story highlights how we often search for the “correct” method to express ourselves, reflect, or develop, when in reality, what we need most is the space to be true to who we are. She assumed she had to journal like the people she admired, but in the end, what truly counted was creating her own approach.I remember one time I wanted to be like Messi and started acting like him but that changed the true me so my mother said”Don’t follow him , you should write your own story.Where do you think Messi built his legacy?” After that , I decided to be myself and did what I truly wanted to do.
Jess’s story reminds us how often we chase the “right” way to do something to write, to feel, to grow, when all we really need is permission to be honest with ourselves. She thought she had to journal like the characters she admired, but what really mattered was finding her own way in. Her notebook didn’t become special because she filled it every day because it became special because it held her truth, in all its forms like have you ever put pressure on yourself to create or reflect a certain way, just because it seemed like that’s how others do it? What if the quiet, imperfect way you express yourself is exactly enough? What might happen if you stopped trying to be someone else’s idea of “right,” and simply started where you are?
This article is something i also realized i struggled with in my life. I like to take up some projects and some ideas but many a times i think i struggle to follow up with it due to my many many commitments and many school work. And many of the times when i try to push through seems like i was burnt out all the time but i realized its because i was always using my head and never using my heart. I struggled to combine both together and plan my time accordingly, until the early part of my holidays came about. and in this point i had some peace and in that peace, i learnt how to pen down my feelings and my thoughts. i realized i love talking to people and because of that i came up with a channel with my friends so everytime i had an idea or a thought i would write it there and there were people i could count on to keep me accountable. in that time i learnt about myself and i learnt how to bring in my skills and use the people around me to keep up with something i want to do without being burnt out

I think journaling can help us a lot about what might happen in the future
or it can help us keep memories through writing
