I would like to have someone with servant leadership near me as I am constantly surrounded by people with other types of leadership. I feel it's the model of all leadership styles and needs to be put into effect by every leader. The other types fail to work with the team members and others alike.

A servant leader is someone who puts the team first, encourages collaboration, and helps others grow. Instead of taking control, they share tasks and make sure everyone feels valued and included. They give kind but honest feedback to help people improve without discouraging them. Servant leaders lead with fairness, persistence, and courage, even when things go wrong. Ultimately, they focus on building others up, not just achieving results.

I would love to be a servant leader as it is a life skill. It also helps us to listen better to others opinions .If i were going to be the leader, I would choose to be a servant leader as it is the best way to get people to appreciate me too!I love the pizza chef example as it gives us a choice to make good decisions

It is indeed a brilliant task. The above post about Servant Ieadership helped me to rewind my younger days. I should accept the fact that during my younger days I wanted to be good a leader.Honestly speaking not a Servant Leader. The many bitter experiences I faced through out my life taught me valuable lessons to build a better personality by being very kind to the needy, understanding and supportive to my friends, relatives, dear ones, and those who come in contact with me. The innumerable problems I faced in life trasformed me to be a good friend to many. Now it is very easy to forgive every one who hurt me. I come to understand that all were for my good, to change me, to be more humble and simple. From the bottom of my heart I wish everybody to enjoy a blessed fruitful, joyful life ! I am sure now I am becoming a Servant Leader trying to sharre the Divine JoY and PEACE with all who come in contact with me.I do appreciate the title "SERVANT LEADER". We never are perfect. So let us take corrections even from CHILDREN.A JYFUL BLESSED life to all.

The post helped me to have an overview of a major trait on the journey of becoming a servant leader, it reminded me of the purpose of the journey itself, leading and supporting each other. The story made it more engaging for me and I think the quiz helped the post stand out, it was a fun activity, also helping me to reflect on myself and see where I am. Reading the post, I was clearer on the goal, the purpose of being a servant leader and it also came as an inspiration for me to support, share and grow in group work.

the pizza party analogy made the servant leadership concept easy to understand. It reminded me that good leadership is about helping and supporting others, not just taking charge and being bossy. I remembered a story shared with me where a man who studies psychology goes into a fast food restaurant and sees the manager with a narcissticc behavior bossing people around and he didnt like it, he went to another shop and saw the manager on cleaning the floor with his employees. I feel inspired to be more encouraging, share tasks, and make sure everyone feels included in group activities.
