In a town ruled by routine, one quiet girl begins to notice the cracks—unseen patterns whispering secrets that could change everything, if she dares listen.
Cool discussion to break the silos to boost the understanding of mindset. Love to see many of you stepping out of your comfort zone and exploring the diverse possibilities that our brain can generate. Certainly, the process is stressful but hope all of you could persevere and keep the discussion going.
Hey ya’ll keep it up, your brain is a muscle, the more you use certain skill, the more your brain recognise that skill and it will become much easier and fluent to use that skill. Starting is the hard part, that is why your capacity of perseverance comes in!
Lila's skill in recognising patterns went from just a little gimick in life to a mission to not only restore balance but even to inprove and change the pattern for good, day by day. The story shows the importance of patterns, how important is it to notice it to make sure everything goes right.
Pattern recognition helps us make sense of the world, fueling creativity, decision-making, and connection. In the chapter, Lila’s deep noticing of patterns reveals how small details matter. This skill allows us to anticipate, reflect, and understand both people and systems—making it a quiet but powerful tool in life.
We are using Lin's dashboard actively on the TLS summary report. I updated the documents. The participants have to go and work out ways to improve their score. ELF's note was not that great - it was done by AI and lacked depth. We hope to improve on this. SAHN is supposed to share the dashboard going forward every week during the program . MIHF - need you to ask everyone to look at their evaluation and then use that to provide their response.
This week was extremely stressful due to Wybie’s irresponsibility. Normally, he begins submitting the work—both the story and the challenge—by Wednesday. The challenge is usually easier to manage since it’s pre-planned within the framework agreed upon between MIHF and Wybie. However, even the quality of the challenge has been slipping lately.
What made things worse was having to compensate for the delay in the stories. I had to wake others up and ask them to step in and cover for Wybie, which came at a significant cost. Eventually, I had to call Wybie and firmly remind him that such irresponsibility carries real consequences.
Some people might afford to be careless—but not those who are training to be leaders. A leader doesn’t have the luxury of failing others. When a leader falls short, it’s not just their burden—others end up paying the price too.
i am expecting ELF001 / WYBIE and BLCOP to step up on the quality of the work. MIHF - please ensure this is in place and follow through the RACI at all times.
